The Making of WWE 2K15: A New Generation of Wrestling (Watch Below).

The first installment, titled “A New Generation of Wrestling,” features WWE Superstar Cesaro in the motion capture ring, the game’s head scanning technology, and much more.

WWE 2K15 is an upcoming video game developed by Visual Concepts & Yuke’s, and will be published by 2K Sports. The game is the second in the WWE 2K series and it is slated for late October release on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, and will be the first WWE game to be released on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The game will be released in North America on October 28, 2014 and in Europe on October 31, 2014. The cover features WWE Superstar John Cena and is also the first to use the new WWE logo, which was introduced at the launch of the WWE Network in February 2014. It was announced on July 14 that Sting would be the game’s pre-order bonus, which includes both his crow and surfer attires.

More about WWE 2K15: On August 4, 2014, IGN revealed that the game will feature a historical mode, which focuses on past WWE rivalries. Called the 2K Showcase, the story mode will be similar to WWE 2K14‘s 30 Years of WrestleMania mode in that it focuses on historical events, but will be more like the Attitude Era mode on WWE ’13 where it focuses on specifics rather than generalities. The mode goes into more depth, giving more detailed, focused, and up-close looks at personal rivalries, treating them as mini-documentaries. Set to feature thirty-three matches, the 2K Showcase is highlighted by its main two rivalries: John Cena and CM Punk, which started with Punk’s anger over Cena and Rock’s WrestleMania 28 main event and culminated in match to determine who would face Johnson for the title at WrestleMania 29; Triple H and his betrayal of Shawn Michaels after the latter’s return to in-ring action to prove himself the better of the two is also featured.

My Career: The game will also have a MyCareer mode similar to NBA 2K14. Players are set to take on the role of a Superstar or Diva made in the Creative Suite and follow the evolution of their WWE career. This mode is exclusive to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
